Leads agronomy sales operations across five Iowa locations by recruiting, coaching, training, and holding salespeople accountable for performance. Develops sales strategies, action plans, customer growth initiatives, pricing and profitability execution, and market expansion. Coordinates with agronomy leadership, operations managers, and location managers to improve efficiency and customer experience. Oversees reporting, budgets, proposals, performance reviews, and sales team development while supporting company policies and business goals.
