Perform advanced testing, diagnosis, and repair of electronic components to the component level. Interpret schematics, use test equipment and soldering tools, follow ESD procedures, complete precise data entry, support and train other technicians, and maintain quality and warehouse safety standards.

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, and staff supervision. Drive P&L results, monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, ensure OSHA and SLA compliance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage WMS and reporting, resolve escalations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
