Provide bilingual condo project processing: obtain and verify condo documentation, review project questionnaires, budgets and insurance, prepare approval summaries, submit complete files to underwriters, manage pipeline and LOS documentation, and assist closing/secondary/servicing to clear outstanding items.

Manage end-to-end mortgage loan processing and borrower communication. Review and audit income, assets, credit, disclosures, and documentation. Pre-underwrite files, manage pipelines across loan products, ensure regulatory compliance, and set up loans to fit borrowers' needs.

Manage and oversee the end-to-end pre-approval loan process, communicate program options and costs to borrowers, review and audit income/assets/credit, run DU/LP, prepare disclosures, pre-underwrite documentation, and maintain pipelines across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k, Jumbo, and reverse mortgage products.

Prepare and review mortgage closing documents (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), ensure regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending), communicate with internal teams and settlement agents, produce and validate Closing Disclosures and fees, maintain closing pipeline and delivery timelines, authorize funding, and handle post-closing corrections and disclosures.

Support and optimize the Business Purpose Lending (BPL) platform by managing inbound leads, assisting loan officers and borrowers, reviewing application quality, troubleshooting LendingWise issues, maintaining reports and dashboards, and recommending process and system improvements to increase conversion and operational efficiency.

Provide legal counsel and manage responses to federal and state regulatory examinations, audits, and information requests. Coordinate documentation, track findings and remediation, update policies, and advise senior leadership on examination strategy and compliance matters.

Provide legal counsel on federal and state mortgage lending laws, lead regulatory change management, advise on new products and business initiatives, translate regulatory requirements into operational controls, draft and update policies, support audits and regulatory inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate compliance risks.
