Build and configure application tier servers, manage WebLogic, AutoConfig, Forms/Reports/Workflow, monitor concurrent processing, troubleshoot issues, support migrations and cutovers, run DR exercises, and maintain operational documentation.

Support and develop BI applications for a client financial platform across environments. Build reports, analytics, and budgeting solutions (TM1), develop/tune Oracle SQL/PLSQL, deploy BI tooling, support UIs (low-code), follow Agile practices, and collaborate on integrations, security hardening, and operations.

Lead and manage an Oracle EBS migration from on-premises to OCI GovCloud (FedRAMP Moderate). Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk and change management, stakeholder communications, technical coordination, quality assurance, and cutover to production while ensuring contract and security compliance.

Manage and sustain enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, and segmentation. Implement network security per STIGs/NIST/Zero Trust, support ICAM (Okta, Azure AD), monitor/logging systems, provide Tier III escalation, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call support and infrastructure deployments.

Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, provide troubleshooting support, and mentor junior team members while ensuring successful integration with other systems.
