About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Identity / IAM Engineer to design and implement unified identity, federation, and access-governance models across OCI, Exadata Cloud@Customer, and multi-cloud linkages to support client NetOps team.


What you'll do

  • Design OCI identity domains, IAM policies, and role/compartment access models.
  • Implement identity federation and single sign-on across OCI, ExaCC, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Support client NetOps in adopting unified identity, security, and governance models.
  • Define least-privilege policies and access-governance baselines as reusable templates.
  • Integrate IAM controls with Zero Trust access requirements.


Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Strong OCI IAM and identity domain experience.
  • Identity federation / SSO experience (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
  • Knowledge of least-privilege and access-governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust identity patterns.
  • Experience in regulated (FedRAMP/HIPAA) environments.
  • Must satisfy client security requirements and obtain/maintain applicable client background investigation and clearance.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience federating OCI with enterprise IdPs (Entra ID, Okta, Ping).
  • IAM automation via Terraform.
  • Prior federal IAM experience.
  • 6+ years IAM/identity engineering with 2+ years on OCI identity domains. OCI IAM/security or vendor IdP certifications preferred.
