Supports accounting advisory consulting engagements involving technical accounting, transactions, reporting, process improvement, analytics, and finance transformation. The role assists with engagement planning, fieldwork, quality control, deliverables, client relationships, and recommendations on accounting processes. Candidates should be accounting seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with interest in technical accounting, business intelligence, and professional designations such as the CPA.

Supports state and local tax professionals with Excel data entry, record management, data gathering and analysis, tax form completion, agency correspondence, and administrative client tasks. Researches state tax statutes, regulations, and rulings; verifies work for accuracy; and communicates with clients through meetings, video calls, and status reports. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, client service, teamwork, and flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.

Provides state and local tax advisory support through Excel data entry and analysis, client record organization, form completion, tax agency correspondence, regulatory research, and accuracy verification. The role works with tax professionals and clients through meetings, video calls, and status reports. Candidates should be graduating with a bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, and demonstrate strong Excel, organizational, communication, multitasking, and client-service skills.

Supports business valuation engagements for transactions, financial reporting, and tax purposes. Analyzes historical financial results, business trends, risks, projections, financial statements, markets, and industries. Builds and reviews Excel-based financial models, including DCF, market multiple, transaction, and option pricing analyses. Assists with WACC development, valuation reports, document management, and engagement coordination while communicating with supervisors.

Support valuation engagements involving enterprise, debt, equity, and intangible assets. Perform financial statement, cash flow, covenant, market, industry, and trend analyses; evaluate projections and valuation assumptions; assist with discount rates, purchase price allocations under US GAAP, financial modeling, and valuation reports. The intern will work with private equity, debt, BDC, privately held, and publicly traded company clients.

Supports State and Local Tax professionals with Excel data entry and analysis, client record organization, forms, tax agency correspondence, and administrative tasks. Supports international tax compliance and consulting engagements by preparing U.S. international tax forms, analyzing client financial and tax data, assisting with foreign tax credit and international tax calculations, conducting tax research, and using Excel and tax technology tools for reporting and modeling. Collaborates with tax professionals, verifies work for accuracy, and meets client project deadlines.

Supports the State and Local Tax team by manipulating client data in Excel, researching state tax statutes and rulings, completing forms, managing agency correspondence, verifying work, and assisting with client interactions and project reporting.

Supports international tax compliance, reporting, quantitative modeling, and consulting for multinational clients. Responsibilities include preparing U.S. international tax forms, calculating GILTI, foreign tax credits, E&P, Subpart F, and other international tax items, reviewing offshore tax work, evaluating elections, using Excel and tax technology, managing deadlines, and communicating with clients and internal teams.

Supports CFO accounting advisory engagements involving technical accounting, transaction analysis, financial reporting, process improvement, and finance transformation. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, fieldwork, quality control, deliverables, accounting policy recommendations, and client relationship management.
