Support and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding). Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, test, implement, and optimize HR processes and system enhancements. Manage and optimize third-party marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart) to drive revenue, conversion, and margin. Execute listing, merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies. Analyze performance data, track KPIs, partner cross-functionally (Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance), and support junior team members and process improvements.

Handle eMarketplace customer inquiries (Amazon, eBay, Walmart), resolve issues on first contact including returns and website assistance, liaise across departments, use company tools/databases, meet customer service metrics, make product recommendations, participate in training, and follow company policies.

Support sales transformation by analyzing pricing, bids, margins, and commercial performance. Produce pricing insights and recommendations, support complex bids, partner with sales/finance/procurement, use Power BI and advanced Excel, maintain audit-ready documentation, and facilitate workshops to improve bid strategy and profitability.

Manage strategic account projects for Staples Promotional Products by driving revenue growth, coordinating site/experiential opportunities, recommending products, supporting sales leaders, managing vendors, creating marketing/merchandising collateral, tracking projects, resolving invoicing/delivery issues, and traveling as needed to support sales.

Design, configure, and administer the Splunk observability platform for enterprise-scale log and event ingestion. Optimize pipelines for performance, cost, and retention; integrate Splunk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes), CI/CD and deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible), and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, PagerDuty). Implement automation using Python/Bash, manage Splunk apps/roles, and support observability and APM initiatives while collaborating within SAFe using Jira and Confluence.

Support Technology Account Executives by identifying and pursuing computing and print sales opportunities, developing proposals, supporting bids and order tracking, and maintaining positive customer experiences to grow accounts and new customers.
