Designs and governs end-to-end technology solutions across applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, and security. Complete high-volume commercial insurance policy-lifecycle transactions, including binder reviews, policy issuance, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements. Manage work through completion while meeting service-level, productivity, and quality standards. Analyze workflow data, identify process improvements, collaborate with underwriting and operations partners, support workload balancing and onboarding, and develop expertise in Guidewire, ImageRight, and related systems.
