Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support for ScentAir fragrance systems: answer calls and emails, troubleshoot and diagnose device issues, create work instructions, open and monitor support cases, assist field technicians and sales with equipment specifications, and coordinate with internal teams to expedite parts and shipments.

Manage and retain client accounts by handling inbound requests in Salesforce, negotiating renewals and pricing, resolving issues, selling upgrades, and meeting retention and performance goals. Provide personalized customer solutions, maintain accurate account data, and proactively contact customers who request cancellations to preserve revenue.

Support month-end close and maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries, applying cash to invoices, reconciling intercompany items, preparing schedules for prepaids, fixed assets, leases and accruals, and assisting with audits, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
