Leads three product designers and defines scalable global navigation systems across enterprise platforms and brands. Establishes design patterns, governance, and user journeys; partners with engineering, product, brand, and business leaders to ensure consistent adoption across technical architectures and devices. Coaches designers, influences enterprise governance, manages cross-functional stakeholders, and drives systems-level UX strategy in a global, matrixed organization.

Drives recurring revenue growth for managed services by advising executive clients, leading discovery, developing ROI and TCO business cases, positioning cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and support services, and enabling sales teams. Partners with account executives, architects, delivery, finance, and technology partners to develop technically sound, financially viable solutions. Builds expansion strategies, customer-facing sales assets, discovery frameworks, and go-to-market motions while supporting governance, onboarding, SLAs, and continuous improvement discussions.

Drive revenue across mid-market and enterprise accounts by expanding existing relationships, prospecting new business, building partner-supported pipelines, selling technology solutions, engaging executive decision-makers, and closing complex deals. The role covers cloud, security, networking, unified communications, managed services, and related solutions, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Owns the enterprise IBM QRadar platform, including architecture, administration, health monitoring, log-source onboarding, performance tuning, data retention, dashboards, patching, integrations, high availability, disaster recovery, and capacity planning. Leads platform strategy and roadmap development, mentors SIEM personnel, establishes standards and procedures, provides technical escalation support, and collaborates with security, infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, application, and compliance teams.

Manage execution of work orders and drive continuous improvement within an assigned vertical. Provide strategic oversight, lead and mentor service coordinators, monitor KPIs, implement risk management, align processes with PMO standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and compliance.

Partner with account executives to provide technical pre-sales support across digital transformation deals: lead technical discovery, design solution architectures, run demos and POCs, produce proposal/RFP content, document CRM notes (Dynamics/HubSpot), coordinate partner resources, and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams. Maintain technical expertise in cloud, AI/ML, data, application architecture, and security; present to technical and executive stakeholders.

Support development and maintenance of web applications across frontend and backend. Work with Java and Angular or React, build UI components, consume/create REST APIs, write clean code, fix bugs, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies while learning from senior developers.

Lead and coach three Agile teams to improve collaboration, predictability, and delivery. Facilitate outcomes-focused ceremonies, remove impediments, address team behavior, partner with stakeholders, and leverage AI and modern tools to boost coaching, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
