Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, document product/process improvements, assist with QA, and present technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise school-district accounts to drive product adoption, execute renewals, identify expansion opportunities, deliver trainings, analyze usage data, and maintain executive relationships and CRM records.

Develop and maintain scalable backend solutions using Django, improve code quality by addressing tech debt, and participate in product development.
