Leads OLIPOP’s IT strategy, operations, security, compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional technology projects. Oversees cloud systems, networking, endpoint management, SaaS lifecycle, helpdesk operations, onboarding and offboarding, access governance, and user support. Manages IT policies, budgets, audits, security tools, incident response, and vendor relationships while balancing strategic planning with hands-on technical execution.

Own monthly demand forecasts for assigned customers and SKUs in Anaplan, including baseline, promotions, launches, phase-outs, scenarios, and documented overrides. Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, risks, and opportunities; present recommendations in consensus and S&OP meetings. Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Supply Planning on assumptions, inventory, allocation, and long-range planning. Support Anaplan implementation, data validation, reporting, and migration from Excel.

Develops pricing analyses, elasticity models, business cases, scenario tests, consumer value ladders, and governance frameworks. Partners with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Finance, Trade Promotion, and commercial leaders across channels to shape pricing roadmaps, optimize assortments, assess cannibalization and incrementality, and translate complex analytics into executive recommendations.

Leads OLIPOP’s consumer insights function by designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research, managing research vendors, tracking brand KPIs, and translating consumer, cultural, and market trends into actionable recommendations. Partners with marketing, innovation, creative, sales, and leadership teams to inform campaigns, product development, strategic planning, and brand growth. Builds research capabilities, mentors colleagues, and advises stakeholders on insight-led decisions.

Manage end-to-end supply chain for contract manufacturers and packaging vendors, support contract negotiation and execution, resolve production/quality/warehousing issues, lead performance reviews and KPIs, coordinate new product launches, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise FP&A for a high-growth CPG business: own long-range planning, enterprise financial model, forecasting cadence, board/executive reporting, strategic financial analysis, and FP&A team building. Partner cross-functionally to inform growth, pricing, margin, working capital, and capital decisions while implementing scalable systems, governance, and reporting to support rapid scale.
