Provide internal IT support and endpoint management for a fully remote workforce: provision and maintain macOS/Windows devices, enforce endpoint security, manage MDM/UEM and SaaS provisioning (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian), triage help desk tickets, maintain IT documentation, oversee vendor/licensing relationships, and partner on internal infrastructure and policy initiatives including AI tool governance.

Write and edit compliant, persuasive technical and management proposal volumes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) for federal solicitations. Translate SME and architect input into clear narratives, maintain reusable content libraries and templates, coordinate deadlines, participate in color reviews, support graphics and post-submission updates, and produce related collateral like white papers and case studies.
