Leads the technical development, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of marketing products, offers, promotions, rate changes, and related capabilities. Translates business objectives into technical requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria; coordinates solutioning, implementation, testing, launches, and ongoing surveillance. Partners with Marketing, IT, Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Sales Operations, and Customer Care while managing multiple complex projects, risks, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder communications.

Lead development of end-to-end business cases and low-investment tests for content, packaging, and pricing. Analyze market, customer, churn, and competitive data to recommend package optimization and retention strategies. Partner cross-functionally to translate analytics into executable product and commercial decisions for subscription and streaming businesses.

Lead net-new enterprise sales for incentive marketing solutions, targeting Fortune 1000 and large mid-market accounts. Own full sales cycle, develop account strategies, architect custom incentive and payments solutions, manage pipeline and CRM, negotiate contracts and pricing, ensure handoff to delivery teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue quotas.

Lead development and optimization of customer offers to drive subscriber growth and profitability. Build financial models and business cases, evaluate pricing/packaging across segments and channels, partner cross-functionally (Finance, Product, Marketing, Analytics), and deliver executive-ready insights to influence offer strategy and execution.
