Build and lead the company's tax function: manage indirect taxes (sales/use, VAT/GST, DST), support ASC 740 income tax provision and filings, own payroll accounting and employment tax guidance, manage equity compensation tax compliance, and identify strategic tax planning opportunities including R&D credits and transfer pricing.
