Lead the end-to-end activation experience for Vanta’s compliance platform, from strategy and customer discovery through shipped product. Define roadmaps, design AI-powered and agentic workflows, establish measurable outcomes, run experiments, and align cross-functional teams. The role also involves documenting strategy, leading multi-team initiatives, raising design quality, mentoring designers, and shaping reusable AI and growth patterns across Self-Serve.

The role focuses on background agents, agent performance measurement, evaluation sets, feedback loops, developer adoption, code review improvements, reliability, observability, and safe autonomous engineering workflows. Drive new business and expansion with federal civilian agencies by cultivating opportunities, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales, and closing contracts. Hunt and win new mid-market customers across North America through self-sourced pipeline development and full-cycle B2B SaaS sales. Conduct discovery with technical and executive stakeholders, build business cases, negotiate and close deals, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, GRC, Legal, and Customer Success. Candidates need strong quota-carrying experience, technical curiosity, consultative selling skills, and a proven record of exceeding targets.

Own Vanta’s integrations roadmap and strategy, prioritizing new capabilities across HRIS, identity, cloud, security, and ticketing platforms. Partner with engineering, design, integration partners, customers, and marketing to plan development, maintain existing integrations, gather feedback, and improve discoverability and configuration. Track integration breadth, depth, data availability, and compliance outcomes while coordinating multiple workstreams and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Designs scalable data models, optimized SQL queries, analytics infrastructure, semantic layers, and data applications. Partners with data science, product, engineering, and business teams to enable dashboards, self-service analytics, reporting, and enterprise data-driven decision-making. The role also establishes analytics engineering best practices, improves developer experience, and supports secure, compliant data warehousing.

Lead complex software projects and mentor engineers while building scalable full-stack products for Vanta’s expansion team. Develop purchasing, checkout, upgrade, renewal, billing, and trial experiences that support self-serve growth and revenue automation. Set technical direction, own product functionality and infrastructure, collaborate across teams, and contribute to engineering culture. The role uses TypeScript, React, and Node.js and involves greenfield development in a rapidly scaling startup environment.

Lead Vanta’s nine-person creative team through a global brand refresh and establish the final creative expression across campaigns, web, advertising, events, video, product launches, and other brand surfaces. Build creative systems and operating processes, mentor senior talent, partner cross-functionally, manage agencies, and shape the long-term structure and capabilities of the creative organization.

Build and maintain full-stack features for Vanta’s third-party risk management products, including vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, monitoring workflows, data models, and platform abstractions. Write tested code, participate in reviews and architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing functionality. Experience with TypeScript, React or Node.js, web applications, databases, and REST or GraphQL APIs is expected.

Leads, coaches, and develops Account Executives selling Vanta’s trust management platform to early-stage and small businesses. Drives new business growth, full-cycle sales, forecasting, pipeline management, playbook development, recruiting, onboarding, and sales process improvement. Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and scale the early-stage sales motion.
