Own strategic relationships, retention, and commercial growth for Elation’s highest-value SaaS customers. Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid healthcare accounts to drive retention, adoption, upsell, and renewals using AI-driven, low-touch campaigns and CRM/campaign tools. Monitor health metrics, respond to inquiries, identify growth opportunities, and report on retention and expansion KPIs.

Manage simultaneous onboarding projects for physician-owned primary care practices using Elation's cloud clinical platform. Build relationships with customers and Sales, coordinate cross-functional teams, set milestones, use data to drive scalable engagement, and ensure successful platform adoption. Participate in occasional on-call weekend support and identify process improvements to improve customer outcomes.

Lead and scale the company operating model, drive annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasts, prepare board reporting, partner with accounting and senior leaders on financial models, and perform ad-hoc financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Serve as a senior accountant owning month-end close for cash, AP, accruals and prepaids, drive automation of close workflows using NetSuite and AI agents, partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams, coordinate audits and tax compliance, and maintain internal controls to support accurate, timely financial reporting.

Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers as a strategic advisor. Drive account planning, executive engagement, renewals, expansion, product adoption, and risk mitigation. Lead EBRs, deliver ROI narratives, execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and retention.
