Lead contract review, redlining, negotiation, and finalization for commercial and purchasing agreements across Infusion Therapies, Pharmaceutical, and Advanced Surgery. Provide legal and operational support for RFP/RFI, create and maintain templates and SOPs, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, and drive process improvements to produce profitable, compliant agreements.

The Lead, Contract Development oversees contract completion, collaborates with various teams, redlines agreements, identifies legal concerns, and drives process improvements.

Provide SME support to sales by designing and quoting Baxter Care Communications solutions (Nurse Call, RTLS, Patient Engagement). Conduct facility walkthroughs, create solution designs, develop Statements of Work, support order management and service delivery, present to customers, and drive continuous improvement. Heavy travel required to validate scope and coordinate stakeholders.
