Performs invoice coding, costing, auditing, indexing, rebilling, and discrepancy resolution for fleet services. Responds to purchase order inquiries, communicates with service providers and internal teams, processes service resets, and marks invoices complete in the workflow system.

Provides employee relations guidance to business leaders on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, policy compliance, and workplace investigations. Manages cases through Workday, ServiceNow, and ethics hotline processes; partners with HR, Legal, and leadership; analyzes trends; supports legal complaints; and promotes consistent, equitable issue resolution. The role is fully remote for candidates in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones, with travel up to 25%.
