The role also supports Trilogie’s migration from Unix to Linux and requires extensive UniBasic or Pick-based development experience.

Provides technical expertise, sales support, training, troubleshooting, product lifecycle management, pricing administration, vendor relationship management, and product portfolio development for chemical feed and laboratory equipment. Maintains product information, supports customer and sales inquiries, coordinates projects and meetings, contributes to marketing content, and visits jobsites. The role is fully remote with 10%–15% travel for trade shows, training, and industry meetings.

Provide engineering support and design for LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN, Meraki and VPN across ~1,400 locations.
