Short-term (14.5 month) role to build and sustain HSSU knowledge-management and learning systems. Responsibilities include reorganizing MyCRS resources, designing learning pathways and asynchronous courses, coordinating training delivery, improving compliance and tracking processes, creating dashboards and templates, and documenting sustainability recommendations for HSSU and KML leadership.

Coordinate and execute procurement of services and consultancies, manage solicitation and evaluation processes, review and administer contracts, maintain audit-ready procurement files, advise stakeholders on procurement compliance and sourcing, support country programs, and provide procurement analysis and reporting to ensure timely, compliant, cost-effective outcomes.

Provide MEAL technical advice and capacity strengthening to country teams and partners across RAPID and EMPOWER projects. Support MEAL system design and implementation, digital data-collection tools (Kobo/CommCare), data management, analysis, visualization, feedback and complaints systems, proposal MEAL components, and documentation. Conduct trainings, capture lessons learned, and represent CRS with donors and partners to improve program quality and accountability.

Lead MEAL design and implementation for a Cuba humanitarian response, manage data collection and analysis, ensure donor compliance, strengthen partner capacity, communicate findings, and support learning, reporting, and MEAL-related budgeting and planning.

Lead safeguarding and safe, secure, and dignified programming (SSDP) for the Cuba response: train staff and partners, implement partner safeguarding assessments, design and monitor FCRMs and risk mitigation, provide technical accompaniment, support survivor-centered investigations, coordinate with MEAL and partners, and ensure safeguarding is mainstreamed across project activities.

Lead project design and capture for strategic funding opportunities, advise teams on proposal development and MEAL, facilitate design workshops, maintain ProPack resources, track donor trends, and support capacity-building and cross-regional coordination to produce competitive proposals.
