Coordinate across Engineering, Design, GTM, and external stakeholders, validate with customers, and build long-term strategy while staying ahead of regulatory and market trends.

Lead performance investigations across the data product stack to diagnose and fix slow queries and UX issues. Design data architecture changes, build benchmarks, measure latency/throughput/cost (ClickHouse Cloud), prototype solutions, instrument monitoring, and partner with product and engineering to balance responsiveness, scalability, and cost.

Lead enterprise sales into the Employer segment: own full sales cycle, build executive relationships, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with Product, update Salesforce, and solve client business challenges to drive revenue.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise health systems: identify opportunities, build executive relationships, design solutions, negotiate contracts, close large complex deals, and collaborate with Product.
