Drafts, reviews, redlines, and supports negotiation of commercial contracts, including Work Orders, NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, Start Up Agreements, Letters of Intent, and Change Orders. Manages contracting cases and legal terms in Salesforce, maintains organized contract records and approvals, collaborates with Sales and subject matter experts, and supports departmental projects, training, and audits.

Supports sales leadership and business development by improving sales processes, coordinating meetings, managing proposal timelines, tracking KPIs, reviewing proposals and contracts, and enhancing Salesforce reporting and process administration. The role partners cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, proposal quality, and sales performance while managing multiple priorities.

Processes and validates reader invoices for medical imaging and clinical trial services. Reconciles activity data across operational and financial systems, investigates discrepancies, supports accrual reporting, maintains audit-ready documentation, and coordinates with readers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Project Management, and Reader Operations. The role also monitors workflows, produces operational reports, supports compliance, and contributes to process improvements and SOP development.
