Lead strategy and creative direction for paid digital and social acquisition across platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, CTV). Serve as embedded compliance authority, manage escalations, run testing and monitoring of controls, identify gaps, provide regulatory guidance, partner with business and Legal, and support program strategy and exam readiness.

Lead Mission Lane's AI operations strategy end-to-end: identify high-impact AI use cases for contact center operations, build business cases, evaluate vendors, sequence and drive cross-functional execution, establish governance, and measure outcomes in cost, quality, and customer experience.
