Leads Inovalon's enterprise partnership strategy, identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances across healthcare, technology, cloud, consulting, and life sciences. Builds executive relationships, partnership roadmaps, governance models, joint business plans, and co-selling programs. Requires strong healthcare data expertise, SQL proficiency, agile product experience, and 5–8+ years of relevant experience.

Build and maintain production AI features, agentic systems, Python services, and React/Next.js applications. Integrate marketing technology platforms including Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, WordPress, and analytics systems. Develop design systems, optimize performance and accessibility, manage CI/CD and security, and automate marketing operations. Partner with stakeholders on roadmaps and requirements while maintaining reliable, compliant digital experiences.

Designs and maintains Java and Spring Boot microservices for a secure, cloud-native foundation platform. Builds authentication and identity integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and RBAC; develops AWS infrastructure and resilient distributed systems; supports CI/CD, production operations, and on-call response. Provides technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.

Leads concurrent, cross-functional projects from planning through completion, aligning priorities with organizational goals and managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables.
