Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Procurement during negotiations to evaluate data use terms, track renewals, and drive access revocation and data disposition when rights expire.
Govern third-party data intake and release to clients and partners in accordance with contractual rights, de-identification standards, and minimum necessary requirements.
Monitor data usage against licensed allowances and maintain the controls, evidence, and documentation needed for internal, client, and regulatory audits.
Assess acquisitions and renewals for provenance, licensing authority, and downstream obligations, and identify overlapping business demand to strengthen pricing and rights negotiations.
Define, track, and report KPIs that measure program effectiveness and maturity.
