Produce engaging daily newscasts and digital content across broadcast and streaming platforms. Responsibilities include pitching stories, writing and editing content, integrating video, graphics, live coverage and sound, meeting deadlines, using analytics to shape programming, and ensuring diverse community perspectives are represented. The role requires strong journalism judgment, communication, organization, social media skills, and the ability to work calmly during breaking news.

The Streaming Anchor will lead live broadcasts, create compelling stories, collaborate with the news team, and engage audiences through innovative content for streaming platforms.

The Streaming Producer will develop newscasts for OTT platforms, focusing on compelling storytelling, live coverage, and collaboration with journalists to enhance audience engagement.

Maintain, integrate, operate and support broadcast equipment and video workflows for a central hub supporting Tegna stations. Troubleshoot signal paths, create wiring and system documentation, stay current on broadcast technologies, perform physical installation/repairs, and support 24x7 operations.

Prepare and deliver accurate on-air and online weather forecasts, produce graphics, report from the field, update website and social media, participate in severe weather coverage, fill shifts, perform special projects, and make public appearances.

Leads go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for TEGNA’s CTV, streaming, and advertising products, especially the Premion DSP. Partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate complex capabilities into compelling customer narratives, support revenue growth, and differentiate against competitors. Manages a Product Marketing Analyst, develops scalable marketing processes, supports launches and campaigns, and trains sales teams. Requires extensive product marketing experience in digital content, CTV, streaming media, ad tech, or related industries.
