Supervise insurance accounting and financial consulting engagements for carriers, reinsurers, brokers, and related organizations. Review workpapers, reconciliations, journal entries, analyses, close activities, and client deliverables. Support GAAP and statutory accounting, identify process and control improvements, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, coach team members, and assist with budgeting, resource planning, documentation, and development of scalable insurance accounting tools and procedures.

They work directly with clients across industries, communicate findings, contribute to project teams, and develop consulting, business, and technology risk skills through RSM’s Elevate program and summer internship.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders including calendar and schedule management, travel and expense coordination, meeting logistics and minute-taking, proofreading and preparing presentations and reports, reconciling expenses, acting as liaison across departments, managing special projects, maintaining confidentiality, and training/collaborating with other executive assistants.

Oversees engagement quality, financial performance, utilization, capacity planning, delivery governance, methodologies, and practice scalability. Partners with sales, alliances, marketing, and leadership teams to expand market presence, develop repeatable offerings, and strengthen ServiceNow capabilities.

Leads SAP transformation risk and controls engagements, including automated application control design and testing, ERP implementation assessments, segregation-of-duties reviews, governance, data migration, and audit support. Advises clients on SAP configuration, security, GRC, and control automation while managing project budgets, delivery, client relationships, business development, and multidisciplinary teams. Mentors staff, communicates recommendations to senior stakeholders, and contributes to practice growth and risk management.
