Provides comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Global Expansion Sales, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, executive communications, event and offsite planning, meeting support, purchasing, and ad hoc projects. The role coordinates with other executive assistants, maintains distribution lists and shared directories, supports leadership operating rhythms, and manages sensitive relationships while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Supports the Vice President of Growth and Partner Marketing through strategic planning, executive meeting facilitation, annual budgeting, OKR tracking, communications, and cross-functional program leadership. The role manages high-impact initiatives, improves team processes, coordinates stakeholders, develops executive presentations, advises senior leaders, and supports team culture and effectiveness across a global organization.
