Lead architecture and technical strategy for Lyra's ML and generative AI platform. Design training, fine-tuning, and low-latency inference infrastructure (RAG, vector DBs), set ML/AI SDLC standards (dataset lineage, CI/CD, evaluation, monitoring), partner with cross-functional clinical and product teams, mentor senior engineers, deliver prototypes and critical code, and ensure secure, reliable production ML systems.

Build and maintain ML and generative AI tooling, training and inference platform services, model evaluation and testing frameworks, and APIs to expose ML products. Deploy and manage applications across the AI/ML SDLC, mentor teammates, and write production-quality code daily.

Design and evaluate predictive and generative models, extract insights from disparate clinical and product data, build and partner on data pipelines, run rigorous evaluations and experiments, and deliver time-sensitive ad hoc analyses to product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

Lead a small engineering team as a hands-on technical manager to design, develop, and deploy core product features. Design, develop, and deploy Python- and Java-based scalable REST APIs for a multi-tenant web platform. Collaborate with product, data science, and clinical partners, and ensure software quality, security, and engineering best practices.

Lead product strategy and execution for data and AI platforms, driving GenAI/LLM initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, responsible AI governance, experimentation (A/B testing), measurement of model impact, and mentoring product teams to embed scalable ML capabilities into clinical and member experiences.
