Lead and mature AT&T's Technology Third Party Risk Management program: identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, and report third-party technology risks; advise on TPRM capabilities, drive governance improvements, partner with stakeholders, and produce executive risk assessments and remediation plans.

Lead and coordinate complex technology risk remediation across organizations: track commitments, validate remediation and controls, manage evidence and residual risk, produce executive risk reporting, escalate material issues, and ensure disciplined follow-through to achieve measurable risk reduction.
