Supports quality risk identification, measurement, root cause analysis, data validation, continuous improvement, and process documentation. Collaborates with business units, support teams, project engineers, logistics, and construction personnel to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Conducts site visits, supports training and user adoption, applies Lean 5S principles, and helps ensure accurate quality reporting and adherence to project standards.

Supports HR operations across onboarding, learning and development, recruiting, early talent programs, employee engagement, and administration. The intern helps create department-specific onboarding plans, prepares materials, coordinates orientations and events, maintains HR records and trackers, schedules interviews, supports career fairs, and gathers feedback to improve employee and intern experiences.

Develops, builds, tests, commissions, maintains, and repairs building automation and controls systems for HVAC, lighting, power, and monitoring. Diagnoses complex system malfunctions, responds to BAS emergencies, prepares service documentation, and supports customer relationships. Requires extensive experience across multiple BAS platforms, commercial HVAC and controls, electrical systems, and technical schematics. The role may involve moderate physical effort, construction-related hazards, and exposure to varying environmental conditions.
