Manages pricing exceptions, controls, governance, and reporting for consumer and small-business deposit products. Partners with senior business, technology, finance, and delivery leaders to align investments and ensure measurable outcomes. Produces executive dashboards, roadmaps, analyses, and briefings while monitoring AI trends, risks, controls, responsible AI principles, and model governance. Improves portfolio processes and supports strategic decision-making across a complex, matrixed organization.
