Serve as primary technical authority for Appian BPM operations: install, upgrade, patch, deploy, monitor and correct processes, manage permissions, migrate platforms, troubleshoot servers and applications, and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.

Design, develop, and support IBM Cognos TM1 planning, forecasting, analytical and reporting solutions. Work independently and with vendor/customer teams, interact with business users, and partner with Tech Lead and management to meet stakeholder expectations.

Administer, deploy, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade Appian BPM applications (v6.1). Manage Appian application permissions, apply patches and updates, migrate Appian services to new platforms, and provide server/application-level support and customer-focused technical troubleshooting.

Design, execute, and analyze SAP performance tests (load, stress, endurance, spike, capacity) for the eLedger platform. Collect performance data via Solution Manager/Introscope/SiteScope, identify bottlenecks across web/app/db layers, tune SQL/indexes, produce test plans, scripts, reports, and guide developers to remediate issues.

Design and execute performance tests (stress, load, volume, capacity, long-duration, failover); gather requirements and assess infrastructure; develop test plans and clients; create and enhance LoadRunner scripts using Java/.NET; coordinate with middleware and backend teams; analyze errors, tune performance, and publish results.

Provide SAP ABAP development and support with emphasis on FI/GL/FA: code reviews, troubleshooting, FRICEW delivery, performance tuning, archiving architecture and implementation (ADK/ArchiveLink/BW nearline), DaRT configuration, interfaces (IDocs/RFC/BAPI), data conversions, and cross-team liaison to deliver solutions and process improvements.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE enterprise web applications across presentation, business, and database tiers. Implement Spring- and Hibernate-based solutions, SOAP/REST web services, JMS integration, and Oracle/SQL backend coding. Build reporting with Jasper, write unit tests with JUnit, perform performance tuning, and work with stored procedures. JBPM experience is a plus.

Design and architect Hadoop/Cloudera-based data warehouse solutions, integrate with Teradata and mainframe systems, apply data warehousing best practices, and support banking-domain requirements. Provide technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication for onsite delivery.

Design and deliver reusable web service interfaces (SOAP/REST) using a model-driven approach. Identify service candidates, document designs, collaborate across teams, support Agile projects, and apply banking/financial domain knowledge to evolve enterprise service models.

Provide functional expertise for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Procurement (Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal). Gather business requirements, perform process mapping and gap analysis, author MD50 and functional design documents, support data migration, clarify requirements with business users, and facilitate technical development and customization (AME approval knowledge a plus).
