Design, develop, commission, and support PLC/SCADA control systems for industrial customers. Configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, historians and 3rd-party integrations; produce design and scope documentation; support FAT/SAT and start-up activities; perform migrations to Emerson Rx3i and GE iFIX modifications; provide lifecycle support and small expansions. Travel regionally (~25%).

Design and document control system hardware and panel layouts, generate I/O tables and register mappings, perform power and heat calculations, develop network and wiring diagrams in AutoCAD Electrical, coordinate with clients/vendors, and support prefabrication and installation activities for industrial control projects.
