Supports Client Directors and customers through quoting, order processing, opportunity registrations, vendor and distributor coordination, product sourcing, logistics, returns, reporting, and sales process improvement. The role also maintains vendor relationships, completes certifications, supports client meetings, trains new team members, and handles special projects. It requires 2–3 years of IT sales support experience, knowledge of the IT channel, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
