Lead and manage collateral administration and ART analysts to ensure perfection of security interests, accurate daily posting of receivables, title processing across US and Canada, vendor and bank interfaces, reconciliations, escalations, KPI monitoring, process improvements, and personnel management to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Provide legal counsel for DTFS across commercial finance, secured lending, regulatory compliance, litigation management, vendor contracts, and operational support. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, manage outside counsel, supervise licensing and examinations, and support dealer, fleet, collections, and payment-related matters.
