Designs end-to-end architectures incorporating AI, generative AI, and machine learning. Creates architecture artifacts, prototypes, and proofs of concept; evaluates technology patterns and trade-offs; partners with engineering, product, and business teams; documents and communicates designs; and applies enterprise standards for security, scalability, resilience, and cost. The role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, cloud platforms, data architectures, integration patterns, programming, DevOps, and architecture modeling.

Evaluate and design conference room AV technologies, lead proof-of-concepts and regional pilot deployments, and establish global engineering standards. Develop signal flow diagrams, wiring schematics, and configuration guides. Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex AV and collaboration issues, coordinate with regional support teams, and manage integrators and vendors to ensure deployments meet technical, security, networking, and aesthetic requirements.

Maintain and support production messaging infrastructure, including Linux systems, Proofpoint, Cloudmark, SMTP routing, relays, gateways, and mail-flow configurations. Monitor system health, troubleshoot delivery issues, respond to incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop automation. Support upgrades, patches, migrations, deployments, documentation, security, compliance, and reliability improvements while collaborating with engineering, security, network, infrastructure, and support teams. Participate in on-call rotations.

Lead end-to-end performance testing for enterprise applications: define strategy and workload models, design and run load/stress/endurance tests, analyze metrics to find bottlenecks, integrate testing into CI/CD, provide optimization recommendations, and mentor/coordinate across teams.
