Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to support the Deals Hub platform and drive adoption of Agentic AI solutions.  The role involves designing and developing intelligent business applications, AI-powered agents, workflow automation, and integrations across Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and enterprise systems.



Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90k - $95k/year & benefits (see below).



The Role

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of Power Platform development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Dataverse
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Agentic AI / AI Agents
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and M365 integrations
  • Knowledge of Dataverse security, plugins, business rules, and solution architecture
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerShell, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and Agile delivery experience


Requirements:

  • Banking/Financial Services experience
  • Power Platform and Azure AI certifications
  • Experience building autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI solutions
  • Build and maintain Dataverse-based enterprise applications
  • Develop AI-powered Copilot Studio agents and agentic workflows
  • Integrate Deals Hub with Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms
  • Design scalable, secure, and governed Power Platform solutions
  • Support deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of business automation capabilities
