Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise generative AI solutions across document processing, language, vision, and agentic systems. Design Azure-based pipelines, RAG workflows, multi-agent solutions, integrations, and human-in-the-loop processes. Partner with stakeholders, lead engineering teams, and establish MLOps, governance, security, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices.

Support Salesforce migration and integration while applying strong RDBMS, data management, and big data design expertise.

Provides onsite technical support for virtual meeting rooms, conferencing hardware, smartphones, tablets, mobile applications, and collaboration platforms. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring meetings, troubleshooting devices and audiovisual equipment, training employees, and managing help desk tickets. Requires basic IT or customer service experience, familiarity with Zoom, Teams, or Webex, knowledge of iOS and Android device management, and clear communication skills.

Designs, governs, and optimizes enterprise PeopleSoft solutions across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and related functions. Administer and enhance Salesforce for Corpay’s Vehicle Payments division. Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, design scalable point-and-click configurations, support change management, maintain governance, and improve Salesforce digital experience sites, communities, and portals.

Leads API and UI automation testing by designing Playwright frameworks, building REST test suites, and validating backend functionality with Python. Integrates regression testing through Selenium Grid and Jenkins, reviews AI-generated automation scripts, creates Devin Playbooks, and supports test strategy, defect resolution, sprint activities, and SDLC quality. Mentors junior automation engineers in traditional and AI-assisted quality engineering practices.

Leads end-to-end technology delivery for fraud-related client projects and initiatives. Coordinates internal teams, service providers, vendors, stakeholders, and engineering groups; manages risks, issues, metrics, integrations, and system enhancements. Guides technical trade-off decisions while balancing business objectives, platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability. Analyzes complex application-support problems, recommends solutions, and provides technical oversight across the fraud book of work.

Build and maintain ETL and data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and AWS services. Orchestrate workflows, develop event-driven integrations, optimize data storage and queries, process API and JSON data, and implement data quality monitoring. Support CI/CD, production operations, cloud migration, data lake and lakehouse initiatives, and near-real-time systems while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
