Administers and supports Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, and macOS endpoints while developing ServiceNow and Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports. Designs backend services, REST APIs, responsive front ends, third-party integrations, and generative AI capabilities including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG. Responsible for testing, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and collaboration across application development initiatives.
