Leads complex operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives for the Outsourced Services practice. Responsibilities include defining project charters, roadmaps, governance, budgets, risks, and success measures; managing cross-functional teams and interdependent workstreams; partnering with clients, technology teams, vendors, and leadership; overseeing implementation, adoption, and benefits realization; presenting executive updates; mentoring staff; and improving project management methodologies.

Leads change management and adoption strategies for complex outsourced-services transformations, technology implementations, process redesigns, and operating-model changes. Advises senior stakeholders, assesses impacts and readiness, develops communications and training, tracks adoption outcomes, manages multiple client engagements, and oversees risks, budgets, quality, and delivery. Builds change methodologies, supports business development, evaluates digital and AI-enabled tools, and coaches change practitioners.

Leads M&A and tax transaction engagements, developing federal tax strategies, structuring complex deals, managing tax risks, advising clients, supporting post-merger integration, and identifying additional service opportunities. Builds client relationships, presents complex tax concepts, mentors tax professionals, and fosters collaborative team development.

Oversee tax planning, compliance, and complex return reviews for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and related entities. Lead client engagements, supervise and develop staff, manage budgets and profitability, support business development and recruiting, and maintain strong client relationships. Apply expertise in hedge fund K-1s and individual and business tax returns while leveraging tax technology and process improvements.

Conduct federal income tax research and analysis; support M&A tax structuring, internal restructurings, and domestic tax due diligence; draft tax memos, emails, and firm-wide alerts; and assist with federal income tax training. The role requires extensive experience advising on partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations, along with a law degree and strong tax research skills.

Lead and supervise FEMA-related consulting engagements supporting state/local disaster recovery programs. Ensure FEMA and 2 CFR 200 compliance, manage financial and accounting activities, expedite disaster closeouts, support business development, and guide team growth and quality of client deliverables. May involve travel and extended hours.
