Build and maintain scalable Snowflake-based ELT/ETL pipelines, production data models, and observability frameworks. Translate business requirements into reliable solutions supporting analytics, BI, and ML. Establish data quality, governance, lineage, security, and compliance practices while optimizing warehouse performance, cost, and data freshness. Build the roadmap, improve business processes, prioritize product feedback, and establish governance, reference architectures, and proof points. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while representing Celigo externally through customer conversations and industry events. The role requires strong product leadership, enterprise systems expertise, AI fluency, executive presence, and an outcomes-focused approach.

Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and deep-dives for Celigo’s integration and automation platform. Partner with Account Executives on consultative SaaS sales cycles, develop scalable API and integration architectures, create sales enablement assets, and translate customer use cases into product feedback. Advise prospects on AI-enabled automation, integration patterns, APIs, EDI, and data pipelines while supporting customer acquisition and account expansion.

Owns hands-on marketing operations execution, including webinar programs, demo conversion, lead routing, lifecycle management, campaign builds, database hygiene, QA, and funnel reporting. The role uses HubSpot, Salesforce, and LeanData daily, partners with demand generation, SDR, content, and revenue operations teams, and troubleshoots routing and synchronization issues while improving conversion and campaign performance.

Leads Celigo’s global customer support organization, owning support outcomes, customer adoption, platform value, and retention signals. Builds AI-assisted workflows, self-service automation, and knowledge programs; establishes impact-focused metrics; develops distributed teams; manages budgets; and partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive systemic improvements and customer success.

Designs cloud-based integration and automation solutions using Celigo’s iPaaS platform. Leads customer and partner scoping sessions, translates business needs into technical architectures, writes requirements and design documents, and supports sales and implementation teams. Provides business process assessments, integration roadmaps, reusable solution designs, and consulting expertise across CRM, ERP, eCommerce, SaaS, and legacy systems. Acts as the customer advocate while helping shape product and delivery strategies.

Leads Celigo’s full-funnel demand generation engine across digital campaigns, content, thought leadership, webinars, brand amplification, and SDR operations. Owns marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, attribution, funnel reporting, paid media ROI, account-based programs, and inbound-to-SDR handoffs. Manages SDR performance and AI SDR tools while partnering with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Lead Celigo’s brand marketing strategy across positioning, website, content, creative, SEO, AI-driven search visibility, and thought leadership. Manage brand awareness metrics, inbound demand programs, campaigns, and website growth experiments. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary brand, content, and creative team while partnering with Product Marketing, Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to strengthen brand impact and pipeline.

Lead co-marketing and alliance programs with strategic partners (AWS, Microsoft, Shopify, SAP). Translate partner GTM into joint demand-gen, messaging, MDF management, enablement materials, event/marketplace participation, and performance reporting to drive partner-sourced pipeline.
