Integration meets Innovation

At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

We're looking for a strategic alliance marketer to serve as Celigo's face to our most important technology partners, and as the internal leader who brings Celigo's full marketing organization to each partnership. You'll work across two large organizations with different goals, find the win-win paths, and orchestrate Celigo's demand gen, content, PMM, and field teams to execute against a shared agenda. The partner's reach is an asset you're there to harness for Celigo. Celigo's resources and execution are what you bring to the table.

The right person is a strategic thinker and cross-functional leader who can hold their own at the partner table while rallying internal teams, equally comfortable influencing Celigo leadership and navigating a large partner org.

What would you do if hired?
  • Lead co-marketing for strategic alliance partners. You're Celigo's face to partners like AWS, Microsoft, Shopify, and SAP, and the internal champion who aligns Celigo's demand gen, content, PMM, and field teams around a shared alliance agenda. Translate partner go-to-market priorities into co-marketing programs that generate pipeline for Celigo.
  • Develop joint value propositions and messaging. Work with Celigo's PMM team to craft partner-specific messaging that articulates how Celigo and each alliance solve customer problems together. Ensure it's consistent across landing pages, one-pagers, event assets, and sales materials.
  • Manage co-marketing funds and MDF. Own the planning, execution, and reconciliation of co-marketing budgets. Track spend, ensure compliance with partner program requirements, and maximize ROI.
  • Drive partner-sourced demand generation. Design and run demand gen programs through partner channels. Including marketplace listings, campaigns, co-hosted webinars, partner newsletters, and joint paid media, that generate net-new pipeline for Celigo.
  • Enable partner sales and solutions teams. Coordinate with Celigo's PMM and content teams to develop the materials partner field teams need, including solution briefs, battle cards, and joint pitch materials tailored to each alliance's audience.
  • Represent Celigo at partner-hosted events and marketplaces. Coordinate Celigo's participation in alliance-driven moments. Manage content submissions, event presence, and marketplace listing optimization.
  • Track and report on alliance marketing performance. Own the metrics: pipeline influenced, leads sourced through partner channels, MDF utilization, and co-sell activity. Surface insights to alliance and marketing leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Serve as the marketing POC for alliance partner teams. Build relationships with marketing counterparts at each strategic partner. Coordinate joint planning cycles, respond to partner requests, and keep programs moving.
Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to find win-win paths between two large organizations with different goals. This is a differentiator: building programs two complex orgs both want to invest in takes a different kind of thinking than running a campaign.
  • Skilled at navigating large partner organizations: finding the right counterparts, building relationships across teams, and getting programs over the finish line.
  • Fluent in demand generation tactics: digital campaigns, webinars, content syndication, marketplace optimization, and field events.
  • Strong written communication: You can write a joint value proposition that is crisp, not committee-speak.
  • Comfortable with data: you track programs in CRM or marketing automation, understand pipeline influence, and can build a report without help.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS, integration, or ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on partner, alliance, or channel marketing in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major platform ecosystems: AWS (Marketplace, Co-Sell, ISV Accelerate), Microsoft (AppSource, IP Co-Sell, Partner Center), SAP (PartnerEdge), Shopify (Partner Program), or a comparable enterprise platform.
  • Proven track record of co-marketing programs that produced measurable pipeline, not just activity.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 and $140,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.

Celigo is proud to be

  • A 2025 Gartner Customers’ Choice for iPaaS. The only vendor to receive this award.
  • Celigo is a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for iPaaS for the second consecutive year
  • Celigo is ranked #1 iPaaS on G2 for multiple quarters and named a Leader in both B2B/EDI and API Management.
  • Celigo is a leading intelligent automation platform that puts the power of automation in the hands of every team, unifying workflows from the predictable to the fully agentic in a single platform.

Here you'll experience

  • Remote-first culture, built on trust, collaboration, and transparency
  • A high-growth, inclusive work environment where innovation thrives and ideas are implemented
  • Lightspeed learning opportunities to keep you at the leading edge of your field
  • Exceptional coworkers who challenge and inspire you daily
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including:
    • Three weeks of vacation (starting year one)
    • Wellness days and holidays to recharge
    • Parental leave and a generous benefits package
    • Monthly tech stipend
    • Recognition and career development opportunities
