Achieve productivity benchmarks using SECU tools and lead platforms, support newer specialists, coordinate with other advisors for complex cases, build referral networks across business lines, and ensure compliance with carrier and system requirements.

Provide investment, trust, estate and retirement planning advice to members across branch, phone, and digital channels. Build ongoing member relationships, coordinate with specialists for complex cases, meet productivity benchmarks, train and support staff, and maintain regulatory compliance and confidentiality. Must hold required licenses and complete ongoing training.
