Lead Global Information Reporting (GIR) services for private equity clients, advising on FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 and withholding regimes. Manage client relationships, direct consulting/compliance engagements, guide audits, drive business development, deliver technical training, recruit and mentor staff, and contribute to internal practice management.

Lead Global Information Reporting (GIR) co-sourcing/outsourcing engagements for private equity clients: manage client relationships, expand revenue, oversee engagement teams, ensure quality control, drive business planning, and provide technical expertise in international withholding and reporting.

Lead SALT compliance and consulting engagements for financial services clients, advise on multistate tax issues (apportionment, sourcing, nexus), support audit defense and controversy, analyze filing footprints, monitor state tax developments, and grow the firms SALT practice within financial services.
