Lead development and execution of enterprise privacy strategy, policies, and governance. Ensure compliance with global privacy laws, manage privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, vendor reviews, incident response, and data subject rights. Implement AI-specific data controls and partner cross-functionally to embed privacy-by-design across technology, people, and marketing. Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership and General Counsel.

Lead Relationship Expansion program delivery across assigned markets: activate markets, coach advisors 1:1 and in groups, partner with Managing Partners, track pipeline, and contribute to program design and continuous improvement.

Lead and support investment research via manager due diligence, asset-class and capital markets analysis, performance attribution, risk monitoring, and documentation. Produce materials for the Investment Committee, maintain investment policies, collaborate on audits, and develop tools and educational content to support the firm’s investment platform.

Support compliance monitoring, testing, and branch audits for acquired firms during integration. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and branch exams; identify trends, document workpapers, track remediation action plans, assist policy development, and report to Compliance leadership while staying current on regulatory developments.

Design, implement, and administer the firm's enhanced-risk monitoring and supervision framework for clients, employees, advisors, and business practices. Develop risk-scoring and high-risk criteria, oversee enhanced due diligence, manage heightened supervision plans, perform risk assessments, produce dashboards and reports, and support regulatory readiness and audit documentation.
