Own the product vision and roadmap for Kraken’s unified exchange infrastructure, including matching, custody, algorithmic trading, APIs, and core systems. Lead four to five product managers, consolidate multiple trading engines, define performance and resiliency metrics, coordinate migrations across live markets, and align product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
