Owns strategic relationships with UKG’s most important enterprise customers. Develops multi-year account strategies, builds C-suite partnerships, drives retention, adoption, value realization, and expansion, and orchestrates cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes. Sell UKG’s HCM, workforce management, HRMS, payroll, talent management, and time-and-attendance solutions within an assigned territory. The role requires strong HCM/WFM/SaaS industry knowledge and proven sales success.

Supports FP&A for G&A departments through annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Partners with business leaders to evaluate financial drivers, headcount, vendor spend, risks, and opportunities. Creates dashboards and executive-ready insights, improves reporting through automation and AI-enabled tools, and supports data-driven strategic decisions across Finance and other corporate functions.

Lead presales solution consulting for UKG’s HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions. Engage customers and prospects to understand business challenges, translate requirements into solution designs, demonstrate UKG products, and deliver compelling presentations. Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and executive discussions while collaborating with internal teams. The role requires expertise in UKG Pro WFM or equivalent HR, payroll, or time-management experience and travel up to 40%.

Partners with sales to uncover customer needs, design end-to-end UKG HCM and payroll solutions, deliver tailored demonstrations, and communicate business value. Collaborates with Product and Services teams, supports deal strategy and proposals, identifies risks and assumptions, and ensures smooth sales-to-services transitions. The role requires presales or consultative customer-facing experience, HR or payroll software expertise, executive presentation skills, and travel exceeding 50% when required.

Leads UKG’s Commercial Finance Deal Desk, setting strategy, managing a high-performing team, advising executives on complex SaaS transactions, and governing deal exceptions, pricing, approvals, and financial risk. Partners with Sales, Legal, FP&A, Accounting, Product, and Operations to improve commercial frameworks, CPQ workflows, reporting, enablement, and quote-to-cash processes while optimizing margin, revenue, cash flow, and policy compliance.

Assists the CISO in managing a bank’s information security program, including cybersecurity strategy, risk assessments, policy development, regulatory compliance, audits, incident response, business continuity, security metrics, employee training, and oversight of security technologies. The role coordinates with IT, security, and business teams to protect data and technology assets and meet banking, OCC, and FFIEC requirements.

Leads corporate strategy projects spanning market entry, product strategy, operational initiatives, alliances, and strategic planning. Provides internal consulting to executives, conducts market and quantitative analysis, develops decision frameworks, and communicates recommendations through compelling presentations and storytelling. Builds expertise in the HCM market, collaborates across UKG, attends industry events, and serves as a trusted strategic advisor and player-coach.
