The Associate will generate insights, analyze data for better decision-making, enhance operational dashboards, and collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and report to leadership.

Own end-to-end health insurance plan and benefit design across assigned markets, translating strategy and regulatory requirements into compliant plan structures. Lead filings (PBT, SBC), optimize processes for scale, drive post-launch performance, partner cross-functionally with actuarial, regulatory, network and operations teams, mentor junior staff, and manage risk and QA to ensure timely, high-quality product launches.

Lead end-to-end ACA individual and small group product portfolio, overseeing benefit design, multi-state regulatory filings, go-to-market readiness, post-launch optimization, and a multi-level product team. Ensure compliant, scalable processes, timely filings, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement to meet growth, retention, and margin goals.

Lead strategy, development, and scaling of innovative individual-market insurance products and incentive platforms. Translate enterprise priorities into scalable offerings, manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization, partner cross-functionally with actuarial, finance, compliance, and vendors, and oversee direct reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and member engagement.

Lead strategy and delivery for lifestyle-focused health insurance products (employer-subsidized, multicultural, disease- or population-specific, and partnership-based). Build and coach a product team, set roadmaps and priorities, partner cross-functionally (actuarial, markets, network, design, growth), ensure product fileability and compliance, manage performance (growth, retention, affordability, margin), and launch or sunset products to meet enterprise goals. Travel up to 25%.
